This work portrays the glitches between the habitude of regularity and the anticipation of randomity, and sonifies the texture of m-a-t-r-i-x. In mathematics, it is a two-dimensional set of numbers or symbols distributed in a rectangular shape in vertical and horizontal lines so their elements are arranged in rows and columns. In geology, it is the material in which something is embedded, either the natural rock that holds crystals, fossils, pebbles, or mineral veins that surround larger grains in a rock. Matrix means quite different things in maths and geology. One is very regular and one is very random and wild. It provides an immersive experience of sonic transformation from several to one whole.
